I tested again yesterday and today with a FRER. It’s been getting progressively darker. Here’s what this morning looked like:
I’ve also decided it’s near impossible to get good photos of pregnancy tests. The second line always seems so much darker in real life.
I’m feeling way less anxious now about the outcome. I know I won’t feel 100% confident until that line is as dark as the test line, or until I get that positive beta phone call.
I told myself tomorrow is a POAS break. I might try again the morning of Beta.
I can’t think too much about side effects as I’m on Estrace, Prometrium and PIO, but I am feeling:
- Crampy on and off without any spotting
- Sore boobs
- EXHAUSTED! I don’t think I’ve ever been this tired.

I think you’re right. First, it’s impossible to get good pictures. Second, the line looks clearly visible to me today and you’re only the equivalent of 13dpo, right? If you see a progression, I would stop stressing. You know that if I were closer, I’d come over so I could give you my personal opinion!

Also, the exhaustion is usually one of my first clues. Exhaustion is good, means you’re pregnant (but the tests already told you that). I’m hoping this keeps progressing. Your beta is Wednesday, you aren’t cheating and getting an earlier blood test? I’m impressed with your patience!

I kinda tried on Friday and they shot me down. A few people have said I should just go tomorrow and play stupid. Say I got my days mixed up. Haha

I would love that. My husband is taking pride in the fact that he’s becoming an expert. I am more like 15dpo, but based on the potential implantation signs from Friday, this line doesn’t seem unreasonable. I went from squinter to clearly visible.

Gosh, I cannot count, can I? Oops. When was your first FRER squinter, at 13dpo? You’ve never been pregnant before, right, so this may be your “normal” whereas I invariably have a squinter by 10 or 11 dpo. Everyone is different. I am super hopeful and feeling positive for you!

That looks very similar to my FRER at 9dp5dt and 10dp5dt!! I hope you get good news on Wednesday!!! (Assuming I remember correctly that your beta is 12dp5dt.!)

Oh, this looks awesome!! I usually don’t comment on pictures of pee stick, because well they are pee sticks and the best answer is always the beta. But, how could i not notice how dark that line is? Oh, and I absolutely agree with everything spiritbabycomehome said!! Exhaustion is always my first clue, and your blog is awesome! I’m sending you all my hope that you have an awesome beta on Wednesday and a little one in your arms in 9ish months! 🙂

That is a great line! Don’t stress out about darkness though! I didn’t get a test line as dark as control until well after a positive beta!

We went for them with IUIs but always knew I was going into a negative.

My RE only does them if we get a positive HPT and I’ve only had one of those once with the old RE…went in for the blood test and they just did the positive/negative, not beta numbers and it was negative. I think it was a chemical pregnancy but my old RE refused to confirm anything. My new RE thinks it also was a chemical.

I haven’t taken a digital yet. A friend offered me one. I might hold out for a few days before picking it up.

That line looks like mine did when my beta was 30 and then 62 (both the lines looked the same), so I think it’d totally show up on a digital. That’s why I asked. 🙂

I’ve never ever tried a digital. How many weeks did it say when you used it that time?

1-2 weeks (that means from conception) but when I researched it, it should say 2-3 at around 130-150. The range to get to 3+ is like 2600 or something like that. Honestly, the weeks estimator drove me crazy. You should just take a regular FR digital that says yes or no and pay attention to the lines on the regular ones 🙂

I’m started a weight loss challenge at my gym today, so I have something to really focus on. I met a new friend too and we connected over IF because her and her husband have been trying for years. 😦
